Youth Amnesty
The year 12 Youth Amnesty Group is a highly active team who aim to raise funds and awareness for Amnesty International Charity. So far, we have organised a silent auction, cake sales, baking competitions and snooker competitions. We have a notice board for recent Amnesty news and have handed out leaflets to spread the amnesty magic. Throughout the year there will be numerous fundraising events, and badges will be sold within the schoo. We will constantly be looking for ways to get our voices heard throughout the community, to help give people the human rights they deserve throughout the world.

Islamic Society
We aim to provide people of all religions, or of no religion, an understanding of Islam. We hope to put together interesting talks and discussions such as:
- Women in Islam: Beyond the stereotypes
- Scientific miracles in the Qur'an
- Muhammed; the role model
- Jesus in Islam
We aim to inform, and to answer questions anyone may have. We would like to help anyone who is interested to learn more about Islam, beyong what is taught in an RS text book. We will have lectures, discussions, watch films, listen to Islamic music and much much more.

Where it meets: Dance Studio 1

Shakespeare Group
The 'Much Ado About Shakespeare' club is set to officially start Monday the 8th of December, as we've finally secured a room and cleared our hectic schedules! We haven't firmly set what we'll be doing, since we're waiting on our attendees' requests, but it will centre around Shakespeare; either studying, acting, reading or discussing his wonderful work. The club falls into two basic categories: Shakespeare appreciation, and then a Shakespeare 'clinic', for help wth school texts. Depending on response this Monday, we'll be able to firmly settle our intentions. New this week, Mr Anson has offered to run a workshop on 'Speaking Shakespeare', so we'll be bringing in some expertise.

Japanese Anime and Manga
Anime is a Japanese cartoon and Manga is a Japanese comic book. The difference between a normal comic and a Japanese comic is the way it is read; you start at the back with a Manga.
In our group we will be reviewing Anime, discussing Anime and Manga and drawing. Our aim at the end is for each individual to create their own Manga which is why we run these activities. This is a weekly club which meets in room 26, on Fridays after school. Our original time to finish is 4:30 however the students who come requested for it to finish at 5:00.

Medicine Enrichment Group
The purpose of the program is to provide medical knowledge enrichment experience and some exposure to clinical medicine. The first of its kind at St Marylebone. The program is intended mainly for sixth form students intent on exploring and developing their appreciation for medicine as part of their overall preparation for medical school and a medical career.

The school makes available funding and faculty support. Students commit 30 minutes per week for meetings to plan projects for each term.

Projects includes: Seminars, Field trips and First Aid Practical sessions.
